Send a client your booking link. They see the openings you really have over the next two weeks, in their own timezone, and choose one. No account, no app to download.
A full book shows as full. The page will not offer a slot you cannot keep.
In the salon or by video
Each link says how the appointment happens: in person at the place you set, or by video call for a quick consultation before a first groom.
Confirmations and calendar invites
Both you and the client get an email confirmation and a calendar invite. For a one-off, make the link single-use so it cannot be booked twice.
What urGroomer does not do yet
There are no grooming-specific records yet, such as coat notes or a style history, and no check-in desk. Today urGroomer covers being found, being booked, getting paid and keeping in touch with clients.
Questions
Do clients need an account to book a groom?
No. They choose a slot from your booking link without an account.
Can a link be used only once?
Yes. You can make a booking link single-use.
Does urGroomer keep coat and style notes?
Not yet. Grooming-specific records are not built.
